General Terms
All tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another date, please notify us 24 hours in advance.
All of our tours leave promptly. No refunds will be issued to people who are late and miss the tour. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive and find parking.
We continue our tours through rain or shine.
In the event we are under a severe weather watch or a very extreme weather situation, your tour may be rescheduled or canceled by RJA GHOST TOURS.
Tours can be rescheduled or rebooked by RJA GHOST TOURS at any time. In the event, that your tour is rebooked by RJA GHOST TOURS and you are unable to make the new scheduled date contact us to rebook.
Tours can be canceled at any time for any reason by RJA GHOST TOURS. If your tour is canceled by RJA GHOST TOURS we will notify all guests and issue refunds.
Please ensure you leave us with the correct information to contact you on the day of your tour.
Audio and Video recording is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited.
Consuming alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
Tour guides reserve the right to eject unruly guests from the tour at any time without a refund.
